The prices shown are for payments by cash. An additional 2% Credit Card Service Fee will be applied to the dollar amount paid by credit card.

All prices are in Australian dollars (except where noted). Prices are inclusive of taxes and charges that apply as at the date of publishing, but they do not include any fees that may be imposed directly by third parties. Prices are provided as a guide only and may vary due to changes in taxes or charges or due to currency fluctuations. Please check all prices and information before booking. Please note that the price of your holiday may change at any time up to 30 days before your departure if any new taxes or charges are introduced or if any existing taxes or charges are varied, even after you have paid all or part of the quoted price of your holiday. If we have to change any part of your booking for reasons beyond our control, for example, if an airline changes its schedules, if an hotelier overbooks hotel accommodation, or if there are any changes in applicable taxes or charges, we will notify you. If any such changes result in your holiday costing more or otherwise being materially different from that originally booked, then you may cancel the holiday and we will refund any monies already paid less any charges levied by suppliers.

All prices and charges are inclusive of Australian GST where applicable.

A number of airfares can be used in conjunction with your holiday package. All airfares are subject to availability and will be subject to the rules of the airfare purchased.

A non refundable deposit of $600 per person is payable within 7 days of confirmation of your reservation. You will be notified at the time of your reservation if any additional deposit requirements apply.

Full payment for your holiday package is required at least 60 days prior to departure, or by sale end date or payment deadline specified in individual package conditions, whichever is the earliest. If for any reason your balance is not received by us by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to apply the appropriate cancellation charges. A deposit holds services requested but does not guarantee prices.

Late Bookings: Bookings made within 30 days of departure will only be accepted if full payment is received by West Forever at time of reservation. For bookings made within 7 days of departure, a fee of $100 will apply.

Cancellations, alterations and refunds: If you cancel or terminate your holiday there will be no refund of your deposit, and.

• Prior to final payment: There will be no refund of any deposit paid to third party suppliers.
• After final payment: 75% of total cost plus any cancellation fees charged by airlines, hotels and ground/cruise operators amounting to all or part of the cost paid.
• Alterations: Alterations to your package which requires reissue of documents a fee of $100 per booking will be charged by West Forever/Live the Dream in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines. A document reissue means an alteration to an existing booking and not a transfer to another package when cancellation fees may apply.
• Refunds: To the extent permitted by law, no refund is available for cancellations after holiday package has commenced or in respect of any tours, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilised.

Supplemental Liability Insurance is included where stated. This can provide up to 1 million dollars of supplemental liability protection against claims made by a third party for bodily injury and/or property damage sustained in an accident.

You should familiarise yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas you intend visiting. You are responsible for all exits, entry, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. Each person shall carry a valid passport (with at least six months validity) at all times. Kindly note that passport and visa requirements are your responsibility. West Forever/Live the Dream cannot accept responsibility for your failure to ensure that you have correct travel information

Interstate and intrastate passengers are responsible for the cost of their own travel arrangements from their home town to and from their choice of international departure city. The cost of anything not specifically noted as being included in the holiday package is at your expense.

Air travel is subject to the conditions and limitations of liability set out in the carrier's conditions of carriage..

The person affecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking. The contract will be governed by and subject to the Booking Conditions. No variation to the Booking Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing and with the authority of West Forever/Live the Dream. All communications from us will be sent to you or the person affecting the booking.

We always do our best to make sure your arrangements are satisfactory; however, many of the goods and services offered in the featured packages are supplied by third parties. West Forever/Live the Dream acts only as an agent for those suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, West Forever/Live the Dream excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to physical and psychological injury, and loss or damage to property of whatever nature) that may arise in any way in connection with the offer of goods or services by West Forever/Live the Dream or any third parties, or in connection with the supply of such goods or services. If the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) or any similar law implies a condition or warranty that cannot be excluded, the liability of West Forever/Live the Dream for a breach of the condition or warranty will be limited as determined by West Forever/Live the Dream in its absolute discretion to:

• a.   in the case of goods any one or more of the following:
• the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or
• the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; and
• b.   in the case of services:
• the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or
• the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

West Forever/Live the Dream does not accept any liability of whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including, but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.
